I truly enjoyed the room I paid extra for, the bed was super comfortable. The location of the property was incredible, right on a lovely boardwalk overlooking the bay. It's conveniently located next to the main areas and Northern Spain.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the main harbour promenade. It's a beautiful area and the views over the port are stunning. The hotel is conveniently located near a municipal underground parking garage, with the elevator opening right in front of the entrance. This was especially convenient when we arrived in pouring rain. The hotel is also just a 10-minute easy walk to the main touristic and going out areas of the city. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafés in the neighborhood, making it very convenient. The breakfast area at the hotel is well-attended and offers a wide selection of options. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. it was a comfortable and quiet stay in a central location.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room

The lack of flexibility of the night shift staff. I arrived from the airport at 11:20 p.m. feeling ill and asked for a camomile tea. I was told that the cafeteria had closed at 11:00 p.m. They gave me a cup with hot water and a sugar packet but without the packet with the chamomile because they could not sell it to me. I couldn't sleep well that night because of how bad I was feeling and it would have been solved with an envelope of chamomile that I could have paid for the next morning. . The hotel night amounted to more than 100 euros and despite the comfort, I could not rest well . When I asked if there was a kettle and teas or infusions in the room, the person at the front desk replied: "not in yours" and did nothing to provide me with the chamomile I needed after such a long journey. Nothing like this had ever happened to me in any hotel before.

The breakfasts were fantastic here, featuring a wide range of delicious options like Spanish omelette, all enjoyed with a beautiful view of the marina, making it worth paying extra for.

Freindly & welcoming. Comfortable, very well positioned for shops, restaurants and beaches. Also in close proximity to Magdalane & Sardinero both well worth visiting.

We had a fantastic room with a stunning view of the harbor. It was everything we could have wanted, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The hotel staff were fluent in English and very helpful. The location was ideal, right on the seafront and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location overlooking the marina and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. We had booked 3 rooms and all of them overlooked the water. On arrival we sat outside and ordered a bottle of Rioja and paid the average rate, We expected to be charged more for a 4 star hotel with such a lovely view. Wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back.
